"I have been a patient of Dr. Lunn's for 30 years. He is the best PCP. He is attentive compassionate, knowledgeable & he cares about his patients. The front reception staff are wonderful. The customer service message system is fast & very responsive. His NP Mariah is outstanding. And a LIVE person always answers the phone. That is truly excellent customer service!"

"If you can go somewhere else please do. The standard of care has changed here. I had been a patient for over 14 years and my treatment has, for the past couple of years, been less that professional and less than thorough. The clinic as formerly known as Oklahoma City Clinic changed hands a couple of years ago. I recently had a nurse practitioner lie to me and tell me that my insurance would not cover an MRI for part of breast cancer screening and she suggested a more invasive procedure. Only to call my insurance company and find out that the practitioner was totally in error. Whenever I complained to the clinic, not only did the nurse practitioner like about what she said, my concerns were handled internally pretty much brushed aside. This is one of many concerns that I have with this place a at this time. After 14 years I have chosen to dissolve my care here and find a place that really cares for its patients. I was really hurt and literally cried because I know that I am not the only one. This combined with the cold nature of their care providers was the last straw for me. And to top it off I had to call over a week weeks to get my blood pressure meds filled because they just forgot about it for over one week. I'm very hurt . Please check around."
