"This is the closest craft store to my home. I go to Michaels to by floss for my cross stitching projects. The floss has been quite messy for months, and it’s out of order numerically. This makes it time consuming to find the right colors. I spoke with the store manager about this and she said that the problems would be fixed soon. That was weeks ago."
