"I never write bad reviews ever, but I feel I need to with The Fox Shop. I'm an interior designer and I can honestly say this is the worst vendor I've ever worked with. I placed an expensive order in May, it's November and they haven't written back to my emails and don't pick up my calls. I literally can't reach them no matter how many times I write them. They finally gave me one message and said my order was about to ship and they'd email me tracking "this week" and it's been 4+ weeks and 3 emails and still no response. I'm close to opening up a fraud case with American Express. BEWARE and do not order from here."
