"Dr. Morris is professional, very knowledgeable and understanding. However, experiences with most of her office staff including a nurse or nurses and the after-hours answering service are not worth the challenges. If you have mental health concerns this may not be the best place for you. Unfortunately, the support staff on many occasions are rude, dismissive and downright confused about good customer service. It's been this way for a very long time. It's a shame because being able to depend on the office staff for polite and professional interactions is at best incredibly challenging and likely will not happen. If the staff argues with the patient in the best of times, you can guess about the worst of times. Frustrated with it all."

"Dr. Jennifer Morris is negligent and incompetent. I suffered for years on the meds she prescribed, I was having stroke symptoms, severe rash & angioedema daily. She could not identify any of these symptoms as caused by the meds she prescribed. She even told me to go to other doctors to figure it out, so I did. Ended up learning that I was having a severe allergic reaction & was suffering because Dr Morris doesn’t listen to her patients. It’s a shame that I trusted her. She refused to take accountability for her actions or lack of knowledge. She needs more education on the meds she prescribes if she’s going to continue. She’s got a license to hurt people and she can’t be trusted."

"AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! This practice is more interested in overcharging patients without explanation, and expecting you to pay it without question; or they will fire you with no concern for the medication you may need before you find another provider. They prioritize money over patient care, and the staff is incompetent. I got a notification that I owe a balance of $100 on top of my regular appointment fee of $150. It took the staff forever to get with me regarding the $100 overage and even then, all they said was “your visit was $250, and we only collected $150”. When asked why, they said, “that was the amount Dr. Morris charged”. I tasked them with finding out why my 5 minute tele-health call and a prescription refill warranted an additional $100. They dodged me at every turn and cancelled my upcoming appointment. When I asked them how I may reach out to her myself, they said I would have to make an appointment, and in order to do so, I would have to pay the outstanding balance-coercion. They said they were waiting on a response from Dr Morris, and that is the only solution they could give me. After this, the staff completely avoided me, even though I mentioned I was beginning to run low on time-sensitive prescriptions. I called the nurses line a few days later, only to be told, “we are not filling your prescriptions at this time”. They were firing me, and didn’t even have the decency to let me know so I might begin looking elsewhere; they were just ignoring me and waiting for me to get a letter in the mail. I was about to ask whether there was someone she would recommend, but the nurse simply hung the phone up. After years of being in her care, she threw me out like yesterday’s trash over a $100 fee discrepancy. Dr Morris is a coward that won’t even consider that she is at fault, and doesn’t have the balls to address conflict; instead hides behind her incompetent staff, and has no regard for patient care."

"Avoid at all costs. Care is good, but trying to get a prescription refill or to cancel an appointments is awful. Only way to contact them is Via their internal message system or leave a voicemail. NO ONE EVER answers the phone! Oh and if you try to cancel and they dont get your message they will still charge you a $100 fee if you can make the appointment."

"I saw Dr. Morris for a number of years and I would recommend her without hesitation. Looking at other reviews, it appears most of the critique is geared toward the office staff and not Dr. Morris herself. Not only is Dr. Morris incredibly sharp, but she also has a warm and inviting bedside manner which puts patients at ease. She is very humble and asks patients to call her by name. During very busy work periods for me, she actually worked me in for virtual visits over lunch. She has called me in the evening with test results and responded with refill requests within hours. Communication via Kareoportal was for the most part very streamlined and efficient. Dr. Morris respected the fact that I was proactive in my care and didn't dumb down the medical lingo. Best of all, when things were going well she would say "praise God!" and celebrate victories with me. I believe that psychiatry is a calling for Dr. Morris and I am very thankful for her."
