They scheduled to come and fix the machine on the warranty. They were prompt, and knowledgeable of what to bring with them. They also offered to leave another washer in case they were not able to do the repair in home. We are very pleased with their customer service, and taking care of the problem. "This place is amazing! Our dryer started making loud squeaking sounds. I got several quotes and scheduled someone to fix it. We then started looking at used appliances and found M&J. They had lots of refurbished dryers. Mike asked about our dryer, we explained the issue he told us to bring it to him to look at. Turns out it just needed to be cleaned and lubricated. The appointment we set was going to charge us $320 to fix it, he charged just a diagnostic fee. I am a customer for life!"
