"Always enjoy shopping at this store. I appreciate being able to order online using the Michaels app then using the easy and accessible in store pick up feature. My only suggestion would be having more than one person available at checkout. Since the end of the holidays every time I've been to this location there is only one person working the register and a wait of 3 or more shoppers waiting to check out. It would be appreciated by myself as well as other customers to have an employee that is working the floor who could step in as an extra cashier on an as needed basis."
