"Hadn't been to this location before. I ordered two burrito bowls here around 6 pm tonight (start of the dinner rush). One was vegetarian. The worker told me the restaurant was out of fajita veggies (which was the main reason for the vegetarian bowl and also requested for the other bowl). Upon further questioning, the worker stated they had fajita veggies in the back but had not started preparing them at all so it would be about 20 minutes before they were ready. The restaurant seemed fully staffed, so I'm not sure why no one had started making the fajita veggies earlier. No apology was made or attempt at compensation offered. Lastly, the amount of guacamole on the veggie bowl was fairly minimal so we ended up paying $9.45 for essentially beans and rice. Will not be returning back."
"Came in about an hour before close to pick up a bite with my girlfriend. We order takeout for two burritos. We get home, not 8 minutes after ordering from staff who were not so responsive much less caring. We’re both about halfway through our burritos, and just give up any attempt to enjoy them as every ingredient is just cold or barely lukewarm and rather inedible in both of our burritos. I have enjoyed chipotle before, but this is not the restaurant to enjoy it at. Try better next time."
"Chipotle has always been one of the best healthy? Chain. Lol. I loved their bowl salad with barbacoa and steak, I just like it, but what makes this place cool is the location, which sucks something if you don't find parking."
"Ordered meat and beans on everything and only a couple pieces ended up on the taco. Ordered guacamole on the burrito. Ordered corn on the bowl. Everything was ice cold and missing all the above. This is a poor excuse for anything edible. Good luck eating at this location."
"This place was new. Everything was clean and super delicious. Brewed tea was lacking. Price was a little high for one person fast food. I love the organic and non-gmo support. Great for a quick meal. It was super easy to get to from downtown. I took the train to the red line University/Medical and got off at Trolley Station."
