"I was nervous to come here and I should've followed my gut.. i read the reviews and thought okay it doesnt seem that bad, these are a few months/years ago i’m sure it’s fine. Sadly, WRONG. The two girls who helped my daughter & husband were super nice - offered them drinks, checked on them and gave full treatment whatever that’s great .. my guy.. didn’t say a word to me which normally fine, however. My water was cold. My chair didnt work. He didnt offer me a drink which is cool except for i knew it was an option and I’m pregnant so that wouldve been nice.. he put some gel on my feet to soften the callus and it started burning real bad so i told him then he got up and left. I put my feet back in the water and he pulled them out and kept rubbing the gel on my feet. I have acid burns on my feet now.. it burned for 2 days. He also kept getting up every 5 minutes. Couldn’t even finish clipping 5 toenails before getting up again … it was really disappointing."

"Nail Garden is affordable, the staff are fast n friendly, I never have a problem getting in same day, they have a large variety of nail services, are able to recreate most popular designs, and practice great sanitizing techniques. They use new prepackaged disposable tool kits for Mani/Pedi. I never have to wonder if it's clean. I drive 20 minutes from home to go there. Great place!"

"They were so kind to take me as a walk-in today. This is the "first" nail salon I have found in Salt Lake that has an Autoclave. I will definately be back. They did a great job and were so nice."

"Witnessing the nail technician treat my daughter so brash & rudely made my heart sink. My daughter works hard & is a thoughtful considerate person. She rarely treats herself to a manicure & the nail technician would not stop ridiculing my daughter. She had a hateful expression on her face & flung her hands expecting my daughter to know what to do. Earlier in the week my daughter paid for me to get my nails done & referred her sister there as well. After witnessing how condescending & mean the nail technician treated my daughter, we will NEVER go back."

"This is a solid nail salon that I am very happy with. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because if you want special designs or something custom, this is not your place. They do solid work, however. Prices are very fair. Staff is nice. I would recommend this shop."
