"Staff was excellent, made the experience. Kevin checked us in for our wedding anniversary stay and was very nice and helped us with a reservation error (our fault). Fun place to stay for a Bend trip that isn't a standard hotel."

"Beautiful building. Really nice beer! I had the vegan Jamaican bowl and it was not great, very soggy and maybe too many flavors happening, I couldn’t finish even half… instant indigestion (but also I’m getting old so maybe it’s just me haha). The space is worth a visit for sure"

"Went there for a movie and it was great! Love that you can eat a full meal while sitting on a couch and watch a movie with a great projector and sound system. Highly recommend"

"We went for the first time to the public soaking pool. We entered in the pub at first by mistake. 2 employees saw us standing there waiting with towels but said nothing to help us figure out where to go. We eventually made it to the hotel and had to wait almost 10min for the man to get off the phone before we could even ask if that was the right location. By this point, it was past our reservation time. The man at the front desk was seriously lacking in customer service. Once we finally got to the soaking pool, it was beautiful and relaxing - for less than 5 min before a family with 3 children came in. I'm not against kids using the soaking pool, but having them jump in and splash around completely ruined the relaxing experience. We thought going during school time would be safe but apparently not. The pool itself could have been hotter too. So long story short if you're in the area and have an hour and $10, it's not a bad experience. You may get lucky and have a relaxing time with no issues finding it, or it may be a pain and not very relaxing but pretty nonetheless!"

"What a fun experience! So many different areas to eat, drink and hang out. My friend and I got a drink and walked the property looking at all the secret rooms and buildings. I loved the different vibes each building/area had. All the outdoor fireplaces were great and really helped us to keep warm while enjoying the outdoor patio areas. After wandering and drinking our libation we decided to go into the restaurant to eat. We decided to sit at the bar so we could sit down immediately and not have to wait. I ordered the Cajun tots which came highly recommended. I wasn’t so sure why so many people raved about them. Well now I can tell you! They were scrumptious! They were cooked perfectly crispy and the Cajun seasoning was sooooo good! The tater part of the tot wasn’t chunky but a perfect consistency. It was also served with a wonderful peppercorn ranch. YUM! If you go don’t miss out on them. My friend ordered the burger with tots and he said the burger was cooked perfectly, was juicy and had great flavor. The size was substantial and he even took half for his lunch for the next day. I am so excited to plan on future visits to more of their properties."
