"Disappointed is an understatement. I started going to Jenny as a referral from a mutual friend, but unfortunately when Jenny decided to cut back her hours it also affected her ability to keep her appointments that she scheduled. Majority of the time I was rescheduled when I had already taken time off work. I was always accommodating to Jenny‘s schedule. However, when I had something come up one time and was running late from work she proceeded to cancel my appointment and wanted to charge me a $100 fee. When I politely declined to pay the fee and told her that I would no longer be going to her for services she chose to go a bitter and ugly route. Jenny decided to take it out on my sister who was also a client of hers and out of all my sister’s appointments she decided to do this on her birthday appointment. In addition to that Jenny proceeded to slander the mutual friend that referred me to her and her business. I was absolutely appalled and disgusted by Jenny’s behavior. I should have known this I witnessed this disturbing behavior during several of my appointments while other clients were present as she mocked, talked down to, and said disrespectful things to her husband as he helped her in the salon. It made the environment very uncomfortable and I was saddened by this as I have much respect for her husband. Jenny has refused to acknowledge or accept the consequences of her behavior especially with the mutual friend she proceeded to try and slander her and her business."

"Jenny is amazing and very talented. My nail tech/friend quit her job to care for her husband, & I was left on the search. I couldn't be more happier that I found Jenny. Shes is the best!!! She carefully listens & makes sure you leave happy. She uses amazing products. My nails have never been this healthy. I highly, highly recommend her. She is the sweetest and very professional. ❤"
