"The worst experience I ever had here I paid $130 and I expected to be better than this when I pay such a high price The lashes started coming out right when I left I got my eyelashes done on the December 23 and by the time on the 26th they were already falling and had gaps. They also made my eyes uneven and did not match my eyes.I showed them a picture of what type of lash And they did not give me anything of what I was expecting. My lash tech was rushing because her other client was there but I'm already paying $130 I think that she shouldn't be rushing on me when I'm paying that much ! But I try to give them a second chance and went back for a fill and they made it worse actually and I had to pay for the removal and they literally burned my eyes. This is so crazy. I was There for a hours or more And I asked for classic and she literally put so much lashes on My eye I couldn't open my eye."
"This place is amazing! Kim is a pro at putting on and filling lashes. She is so sweet, takes her time, and the lashes hold for the 2 weeks in between! I just love her! Nooni, the manager, is super sweet as well and always works with me as long as I communicate with Kim and her. Thank you so much for all you do at Lacier Lash! I would recommend Kim and Nooni to everyone!!"
"I've been going here for awhile now and I feel as they are getting lazy with my lashes and rushing through my fills. They're gluing one or more of my lashes to the ones they are adding and not putting them where they need to be, and instead of replacing ones you can see that are about to fall off they just glue a new one to the old. It's just getting frustrating with the money we spend for my lashes to fall out like this every time I brush them! I'm going to try them one more time and if not satisfied again I will not be returning. I should not be losing thos many lashes when I brush them every day, I need to know what is going to be done?! In my 8 years of getting them done they never looked this bad before. Also I'm not sure why it won't let me respond to your message but I was there beginning of this Month and my account you have is under my other name Marie Stevens."
