"DO NOT GET A PERM HERE, but ESPECIALLY with Teresa! They honestly don't know what they're doing and you're better off doing it yourself! I had a perm with Van 11 days ago, and it honestly wasn't too bad. The curl in the back was beautiful, but the top portion went flat. So, I went back to have it touched up with Teresa because Van was on vacation. BIG mistake! She put in some rods, doused my WHOLE head with solution, and then the hair without rods went straight. I mentioned this concern to her after she applied the solution, because I know that perm solution changes the hair to whatever state it's in when the solution is applied. She said the other hair would be fine, that they always soak the whole head, even when doing touch ups, and that it's never gone straight. Uh huh. My hair looks awful. After 2 perms in 11 days, it's irreversibly damaged and I have to perm it straight AGAIN to fix it. I'll be doing that by myself. Go somewhere else or you'll regret it!!"
