She by far surpassed my expectations of what some big city dealerships have become. I wasn’t sure what kind of experience I would get as I have traditionally stayed with small town dealerships. Cynthia went above and beyond making sure I was put into nice similar to my last vehicle. She did not try to pull any fast ones on me or play some number game as I had experienced at other OKC dealerships. Do yourself a favor and give this Toyota dealership your business. You won’t regret it."
