"DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! Kim is very unprofessional and will hang up on you. Even though she has your money! Placed an order online and no one would answer my he phone to confirm or allow me to provide delivery instructions and a contact number. Additional she lied to me saying she had called and spoke with a family member when I new she hadn’t. PSA- Don’t be in business if your can’t provide some sort of customer service or be courteous to your good paying customers. My Valentines Day order still hasn’t been delivered and it’s after 5:00. Never again will you get my business!"

"I placed an out of state order the day before my mother's birthday online. It was a very simple process prices were pretty fair considering I needed them delivered to the next town over. I spoke with a women over the phone the day of delivery who was very kind and sweet. I'd definitely recommend them/ use them again. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous ordering online was simple!"

"Buyer beware! I placed an order online and we were told that Mother's Day flowers would be delivered on Thursday. We called today because the flowers weren't delivered, they apologized, upgraded our arrangement and assured us that they would be delivered by 7pm tonight... at 624pm we receive a refund because they cannot fulfill the order and cannot find anyone else to assist them. So now I'm out of state with no way to get my mom flowers for mother's day and all other florist stopped taking orders. Don't depend on them for a special occasion, they are not reliable."
