"EDIT: The customer service is phenomenal but the quality is awful. We spent $1200 on a sectional that broke within 6 months. We paid half of the cost to get it fixed but it broke again within a week. In the past, we spent less on a couch from RC Willy that lasted years so we are frustrated that we wasted our money on this sectional. And we are annoyed that we already need to buy a new one. They have affordable prices but don’t expect good quality!! We thought all of the furniture was very reasonably priced and the gentleman there was helpful and friendly! He also delivered it to our house the same day. We are satisfied. No complaints at the moment!"
"OMG this place is AMAZING! First off, the store is a plethora of awesome decor and gorgeous furniture. The prices are hundreds less than box stores. The quality is fantastic! Franchesco and his wife are absolutely adorable and delivered my new sofa immediately. I'll never go anywhere else again!"
