"We have used this nursery for many years, and have always been very pleased with the plants and the service. This year however, has been a different story, as have the last two. This year we purchased a couple each of cayenne, hot jalapeno, and poblanos, or so we thought. For the third year in a row, we didn't get what we thought we were buying. We actually got banana peppers instead of cayenne, mild jalapenos instead of the hot, and who knows what type instead of the poblano peppers. We went back to let the owner know. She said nothing I can do about it! And so, I guess, don't let the door hit you on the way out! But if she can't do something about it, I wonder who could! LOL We had the same problem last year with all the wrong peppers, and also let her know. But she said she just used the same seeds - that were WRONG last year! I am a little shocked! So, we won't be going back and will take our business elsewhere. Not a good way to keep customers when you not only give them the wrong plants, but then are just a bit snippy with us because we brought it to her attention."

"I've been shopping at Spring Creek for probably around ten years. This is the first nursery we go to as soon as seeds sprout and the are then placed in the trays with labels and sale tags. We buy very early and hold at home to plant at appropriate time. We have never been disappointed with our purchases or our experiences at the nursery. They have a variety of seeds, Heirloom, Organic, Ferry Morse, to name a few. There are three large greenhouses each with a variety of plants, vegetables, flowers, succulents, etc. Inside the store, there are tools, potted plants, fertilizer, and a gifts. To top off this review, the customer service is superb. We've always felt welcome there and no matter how busy it is, there is someone to offer assistance and teaching. Because we bought our plants very early, we were warmly reminded that it is a bit too early to put them in the ground. She made suggestions on how to manage this so that we have a successful season. I've always found Spring Creek to be a great resource and go-to for our garden!"
