"I don't usually write reviews because I feel that customer service is the secret to a successful business. That being said I also feel that customer service has fallin' way beyond the waist side. I was needing an arrangement for a loved ones funeral service, I was greeted with a very friendly and helpful voice on the other end. After sharing with her what I was needing, she gladly excepted the challenge without a moments hesitation. I was very confident in her and had no worries that she would take care of everything. If you are wanting that simple bouquet, or have a special request, this is the place !!! I use them for all of my flower needs, their flowers are always so fresh and so beautiful.
