"From planning to install the process was so so so easy! We were very ready to get rid of our reach-in closet and replace it with something more well thought out and prettier to look at (and we hated those dang sliding doors). We really enjoyed working with Melanie on all of the plans to get everything selected (finishes, hardware, measurements). Everything was very well communicated and clear what we’d be getting come install day. However, when the final product was installed in our room it completely exceeded our expectations! Dan did our install and did an amazing job. Even with a napping baby in the house he kept noise down during install and was very kind and respectful to our home. The final product was well constructed with very high quality materials that we can tell will last a very long time. "If quality closets is what you are searching for, look no further than The Closet Butler! Even though our walk in closet space was small, Curtis worked his magic on giving us back wasted space that the previous closet had stole from us. The result is a very precise and efficient space that we now have to keep our closet space clean and tidy. We also had them install 2 cabinets and floating shelves in our laundry room as well. The end result was fantastic. The whole process was almost as smooth as one could hope with a custom closet company. Curtis came out and gave us a bid and after a few tweaks of what we were envisioning, we were all set. Wait time was not bad and honestly the only critique I have was about the installation. With the money I was investing, I was slightly disappointed that a little more care was not used to avoid damaging walls not associated with the actual installation of the closet material. However, after also damaging a small section of wallpaper in the laundry room, The Closet Butler did purchase the wallpaper for me to replace the section of damaged wallpaper, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, very happy with the end result."
