"The worst credit union I have delt with I sent them a pay off for my truck for the exact amount they told me. But still have not received my title they made an error and it is short 30.00 but of course they need to look into this before I pay the 30.00 because we might see if can screw you out of more this has been going on for 7 months now with always a we will call tomorrow then they call and don't have an answer yet but will call on Monday they call on Monday still no answer then nothing until I go in and talk to someone and start the cycle over"
