"I haven’t had the greatest experience with this bank. My car loan is through them and so far I’m not impressed. It’s frustrating. I set up automatic payments, then all of a sudden it unlinked it? I was just told 3 days after my payment was due. Really hoping it doesn’t affect my credit. Anyway I tried doing the 24/7 and tried to link an account online but the website won’t do it. I tried calling and I don’t know the loan number on my account and I can’t pull it up online either when I log in. It doesn’t give me the full number. Overall it’s frustrating and a hassle. Wish it were easier. Won’t be using them anymore after this."

"I’ve had this account for several years now. I must say that I am severely disappointed with this place! Michelle was extremely rude, condescending, unprofessional, & downright unprofessional to me and my husband!! We closed our account today for our mistreatment!! Just as we were leaving she was really rude to a woman who wanted to transfer money to this bank!! When does it ever stop?! I will never do any business with them ever again!!!! They have totally forgotten who put them in business!! Now my family & friends know, NOT to do business with them period! When I made a withdrawal, they had the nerve to ask me if I was employed or not. I told them that it was none of her business. Then Michelle made a very snarky remark and my husband witnessed it..save yourself some anxiety, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!"

"On a Friday afternoon at about 5 pm I brought in a large envelope full of cash I needed to deposit (in another credit union because this is a co-op network credit union). Brittney welcomed me and helped me through the process. She answered all of my questions, counted all of the (many) bills that I had brought in, and ironed out all of the wrinkles - literally. It was super easy for me and she was very nice. I appreciated that she never made me feel like I was a burden and acted like doing this tedious work for me was her pleasure."
