"Seriously the best and easiest place to get a mattress. I was moving and went in they made it easy to schedule an appointment and didn't rush me. I was able to try the beds as many times as I needed to feel confident in my choice. They didn't have the size I wanted crrently in stock so they ordered it and it came right away and the owner delivered it to my apartment which was a huge relief since I didn't have a way to transport it! I've heard some mattresses smell terrible out of the packaging and need days to air out before sleeping on, that was not the case! After opening the plastic it smelled fresh and not of chemicals. Weeks later they reached out to me to make sure the mattress was still liking it and it was comfortable! Seriously the best shopping and buying experience and I love my mattress!"
"Logan was great to work with, but the manufacture doesn't honor warranty. We bought a mattress in February and has a defect across the center of the bed, and they refuse to honor saying we didn't have amply support when in fact we had the same frame for 15 years and only "upgrade" to the new mattress because the deal was great. Be aware there is a high possibly they will not honor the warranty to replace even though the mattress is only 5 months old. Logan did offer to split the cost of a new mattress, but we are NOT putting more money onto this product. We even added a jack for extra support on our frame. The bed frame has great support on its own. They just find loopholes to get out of giving warranty for their product."
"Bought an entire family's worth of mattresses here and was not disappointed at all. Mattresses were delivered promptly and have been absolutely perfect. Thanks so much for a great experience! Overall we purchased a king and 3 queens, and all were good quality and super comfortable."
