"Who helped me was Rick. Very nice guy but definitely needs more training. Had to keep calling me back because he kept forgetting information. He told me a time of 4-6pm and I didn’t get my washer/dryer till about 8pm. Not even a call to tell me anything and on top of that they went to an address of my references. So I had to wait longer."
