"cost was higher then they said. i could’ve gone anywhere else for the same price. it said it would be 70 and ended up paying 86 also took way longer they they said i was waiting for an hour when they said 15 minutes. screen is fixed but there was adhesive from the screen left on my phone and the top corner isn’t even down all way. pretty disappointed with the service i received. definitely recommend trying other places."

"TL:DR - 2 phones with 1 damaged and 3 missing parts. Customer service is condescending, rude, and very unprofessional. Phone #1: had charging port replaced, got it back missing the aux port (1). Oh well, things happen. While that was being replaced phone #2 was taken in for screen replacement. Phone#2: when we picked it up it was missing the power button (3) but it was somehow our responsibility to replace it. So we paid. This phone was set to the side as a replacement in case one of our phones broke, which is what happened. When it was brought out of retirement, phone #2 was missing the aux port (3) as well and the speaker mic is now inoperable (garbles the speech horribly). The only response one gets from the rude "repairman" for such ineptitude in the repairs is that he will play the victim and blame every misstep on the customer. The customer will be informed that after paying a couple hundred dollars for repairs and getting phones back missing parts "is no big deal" and the customer will be asked "who do you think you are, the President or a king? People should just bow to you and say yes sir?" when pressed to just fix the phones correctly. There was so much more said but no yelling, cursing, or snide remarks...from my side of the counter at least. I was informed that no other customers have problems with them yet the gentleman just before me was in because they couldn't even put his screen protector on correctly. When I brought that up, I was told that that was none of my business and they do perfect work. 100% would NOT recommend and will tell everyone I know (and don't know) to actively avoid this establishment."

"I don't know where they get their screens, but I've paid for three new screens in three weeks after very minor 1-2 foot drops, even with a new case and screen protector. I now have another cracked screen and won't be getting it repaired. I've had iPhones for ten years and never had problems like this. It's much less expensive to get a genuine Apple screen in the long run."
