"Staff is nice but management and their return policies are trash. Been using them for years and I always check the juice before leaving. Forgot this one time and the juice was very yellow compared to another bottle, see pictures. For this particular brand it really effects the flavor. They refused to exchange an unopened and stilled sealed bottle. So much for customer loyalty."

"Forget about calling them for anything. They won't answer any questions over the phone, not even their hours. The last call I made to them was today, I asked how much a bottle of their house juice was. The guy kept making the same excuse why he wouldn't/couldn't tell me. He said, "we can't give prices over the phone because we can't guarantee you're over 21 and can't tell if you're going to purchase for someone else." What does that have to do with calling in? If I can walk in and get prices, then purchase something, I can walk out of the store and give it to someone else just as easy. I wouldn't do it, NO WAY, but it doesn't matter whether you walk in or call, If someone is going to buy for someone else, answering phone questions or not answering isn't going to deter it. I had a similar call a few months ago and I asked to speak with the manager and I was told the manager wasn't there, couldn't tell me when they would be there, and wouldn't take any calls because someone had threatened them. ?????? I feel bad for the manager, but again, I dont understand why the manager can't take calls. Why do they have a phone if they won't tell you anything, not even hours? Do they even have a manager? What do prices have to do with underage buying? Highly lacking customer service here. I wonder if all Vapor 100 stores are like this."

"Never given a 1 star before, the last three times I’ve stopped here (because it’s by my house) they have had a “we’ll be back soon” sign. Just ridiculous"

"They will not return or even exchange defected items. My husband went and bought juice the other day and after paying for it, he (my husband) pointed out that it was expired and the salesman literally said "it's okay, it's not bad" & "it's sill good for a few months after the expiration date". It expired in June. And if it did end up being bad, they wouldn't do anything about it anyway. They are neither friendly nor knowledgeable. Go to Prodigy."

"It takes a great deal of bad service for me to give a local business 1 star. Aside from one very rude female cashier who told me “unfortunately people still come in” when I told her the stores open sign was turned off, the rest are at least well mannered and polite. The foundation for my review isn’t related to staff, it’s related to the buying process implemented by the owner. Zero common sense was taken into account. You can be 80 years old and an every day customer, not bring your ID, and they will deny you service. ID expired by one day? They will deny you service. It almost seems like they’re going to great lengths to NOT get business. So, if you’re looking for a shop that will treat you like a stranger or an underage kid regardless of your obvious age and frequency shopping there…. This is your place"
