"Most dedicated and honest people I have dealt with in a long time. I had taken my TV to another shop and was told the television was not repairable. I decided to pick my television up. Called TV World and was told they could look at it but being it was pushing 12 years old parts were probably not available. They did look at it and after looking at it let me know it just needed a converter box. They hooked it up showed me how to use the equipment and I have been happy ever since."
"I dropped my tv off at this place in the beginning of July I was told I would have it back in a week. I called every week for a month and was told they still hadn't received the part, then told the part was on back order, then told that the part needed was no longer available and they couldn't fix my tv. So after a month I picked up my tv and when I received it back it wasn't doing what it was doing when I had dropped it off it was totally non responsive when before you could clearly see it was attempting to turn on from the indicator light and was no longer doing this. Took it to someone else to fix told them what had happened and they suspect this shop removed my original main board and swapped it out for another, which is why they believe it wasn't doing what it was doing before. So anyone looking for tv repair I would not even consider taking it to this place. Not only do I feel I was given the run around but then to suspect they took something out of my tv and gave it back to me worse than it was is incredibly upsetting."
