"I called for a price inquiry when I'm struggling really bad right now due to a bad divorce. I explained I didn't have much money and had already tried snaking my toilet on my own and couldn't get it to flush. They responded there was a flat fee to come out, plus the price of service which would be determined on site. I had to decline as I couldn't even afford the flat fee and said I would manage on my other toilet until things improved for me. Days later, maybe a week go by and Vintage called me back, stating that the owner said he could come by and take a shot at my toilet with his snake, for free, if I still needed it done. I accepted joyfully. We had some scheduling conflicts come up but when Tim (?) came by, he took care of my blocked toilet in minutes, for free, and only asked that I make a review on Google. Thank you so very much, Vintage Plumbing. I appreciate y'all so much and will definitely recommend you to my friends and family."
