"I called in inquiring about a product and had an encounter with a male on the phone I am assuming is the owner that was not pleasant and consistent with what others have written here. I am not going to put up with anyone talking to me like that let alone someone I am laying down money with. Looks like I will be going to the headshop out west and recommend anyone else do the same as I've not heard anything good about this headship. It sounds as if the owner is very unstable."
