"Amazing customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure my trailer was taken care of when my slide malfunctioned. I've dealt with quite a bit of rv repair and out of all the places in at least 6 states I've had work done, red dirt is highest in quality and trust. How you never need a repair but if you do, make them your first choice."

"I had a leaking black tank. I had called a few RV repair places and noone could see me for at least a week!! Spoke to Andrew at Red Dirt who fitted me into his already busy schedule understanding my situation was an emergency. He came within 3 days of the phone call. He and his work colleague who I think whos name was Butch were very friendly and thorough in their work. They patched my black tank and fixed a few spots on my RV where moisture was getting in. I found them professional, honest and have trust in their work. They actually undercharged me for which i was very grateful for. I recommend them and will be using them again."
