"Very unprofessional. Patient privacy is not kept in private in this office. After verifying information with another patient, they disclosed MY information to that patient regarding my account. When I called them, they laughed. The other patient is not on my account there and to laugh about the matter is disgusting. Update: If they felt terrible, why laugh? They verified who the call caller was. It was not me nor my husband. The caller ID is under a MAN! They were speaking with a woman. Very unprofessional to base information on caller ID rather than their own system. This office knows our family, and for this they felt the need to share information regarding our account. Shame on them! Small town or not, unprofessional and uncalled for. Unapologetic response. Well.. your response alone shows how wonderful you guys really are huh? You are literally proving my point in how unprofessional and now confrontational you are. Everyone can be warned and now see for themselves. Unapologetic. Nothing sincere. Argumentative. Unprofessional."

"Poor preventitive maintenance experience. They seem to not want to fill in cavities while they are still "preventative". Instead they choose to ignore teeth until they become so worse the root needs to be drilled out. I don't know if this is special treatment for only select people, or if this is a business model. This is not just me, but my immediate and extended family has had to experience this as well. I will choose to find a better dentist who does their job."

"Dr. Daines is absolutely wonderful. Our young toddler had to have her tooth fixed and he was so kind and gentle with her. Her tooth looks perfect and you can’t even tell it was broken. I would recommend him to anyone!"

"WORST WORST Dentist. My front 4 teeth are caps. Daines did these caps years ago and throughout these years the caps have been going darker at the top. Daines said he didn't know and then it was because my posts underneath were dark and thats just what it was. Looking back at pictures the darkness in the caps had been going on for at least five years. Not once was it recommended that I get new caps or anything. One of my caps kept falling off after seeing Daines to get put back on and it wouldn't stay..... I looked into another dentist. Needless to say the darkness in my teeth was fungus!!!! I have had oral thrush for years now in regards to this.... I had to go to an oral surgeon and have my gums cut open and infection cleaned out, stitches, time off work, etc. I have paid ALOT of money to both dentists and the oral surgeon out of my pocket since I was over my limit with insurance. Daines will not/and did not take responsibility. I would not recommend anyone to this dentist."
