"Great park and splash pad no drinking fountains though. Great splash pad when it's hot outside make sure to bring water. Awesome place for dogs too."

"Fun park, has a zipline and splash pad. there’s a couple pavilions with tables for shade but other than that there’s not much. Often people are parking there because of the school right next to the park. so be aware of the parking situation during school pick up times. Fun park for kids, not ideal for night games."

"Cool park and splash pad! There's lots of things for the kiddos to play on. The splash pad was awesome - so many different water features. There are small pavilions with picnic tables, restrooms, and lots of grass. There's not very much shade though."

"Splash pad is kind of small but still nice when it's hot outside. The rest of the play area is more substantial and the kids enjoy the variety. The park usually isn't crowded. There are public restrooms here but I didn't go inside so have no opinion yet."

"Independence Park is nice! The playground is so interesting- huge slides, great Zipline, things for toddlers- covers a wide range of age groups. Has a few playground equipment things I haven't seen before! Several shaded tables and benches. Nice bathrooms. Splash pad is great! Looks like something out of a Dr Seuss book. Creative splash pad equipment, one big and one small bucket that dump water on you (the big one sprays over a huge range, and pretty powerful-watch out!), Several fun squirt guns. Great place! Everything clean and in good condition."
