"I work for an auto repair shop and when I first started I dreaded having to order Ford parts. Hard to get a hold of my rep and 50/50 chance we’d get a call back let alone the part. Come to find out Rhonda Amethyst had been our rep before I started working there but she had too many accounts and we were transferred to another rep. After calling a supervisor we were transferred back to Rhonda. She and David have made our lives so much easier !! Great customer service and knowledge to help track down correct parts when I’m not certain. To top it all off … she has an awesome personality even when I’m certain she’s had a rough day dealing with crummy humans. Wish all companies had people like Rhonda to help customers."
