"Bunch of crooks honestly. $150 a piece for fuel caps and two small quick connect fittings that were $66 a piece. I’ll never own a Peterbilt again thanks to them thinking they can take advantage of folks. Always try to get my parts from other Pete dealerships, but didn’t have a choice this time."
"There is a Girl in parts department, she had bad attitude any time I go there . As usual this morning I go there & unfortunately there was no one else on counter & she was so rude &ask me what you want ,I provide information & she told me there no , no p parts , no order even , I told her check please again because it supposed to be here on Friday, but some one told me on Friday it is not on truck but Monday must be here ...but she don't even listen, than some one else came I told him I came to pick up parts ,he spend 5 minutes find my ticket & than he go back to warehouse and get me parts. She must be treat customer equally. & professionally or it is effect business badly."

"Absolutely one of if not the best peterbilt dealer and service shop in the country! And after 33 years otr I can tell you i have been to all most all of them. We recently purchased two trucks from Steve and he was great to deal with. I had a few issues with my truck a few weeks following our purchase and the service dept was just amazing going above and beyond to not only fix the problem but making sure we were satisfied and adding my chrome that had broken do to the mechanical issue I had.I would recommend taking your truck to see Jesse and the guys in the service dept. They truly know what there doing there. Thanks for the amazing service and beautiful new 389 petes."
