"I just spent an hour and a half in this store. I initially went in looking for a battery for a toy and he hooked us up and installed it just to find out that wasn't the problem. He spent the rest of the time looking at the wiring and testing other possibilities to get it working for my grandboy. Thanks to him I didn't waste any money buying a non returnable battery online that wasn't the issue in the first place. Went above and beyond- because he could have told me it wasn't the battery and left it at that. 10/10 customer service. Will be using them again in the future!"

"Josh is great. Purchased last several batteries here. Store closed at 6:00. Called him at 5:40 PM told him battery dead and was hoping to get a jump.
