"Hired these guys to build a patio cover and stain my wooden fence. I would give zero stars if I could. Very unprofessional tried to talk us into using pvc to build the patio cover “so they could get paid more” even though the quote they gave us was for an all metal cover. Cracked my concrete because they didn’t drill pilot holes and the two posts on the ground they just put a mound of cement around. I don’t know if they just didn’t know what they were doing or didn’t care. The fence was sprayed with a sprayer left to right and they missed a lot so it was left all stripey. In some places there was more paint on the metal posts and on my house than on the boards, and they left about nine posts completely unpainted! I messaged them about this they said they would come out and fix it and never showed up. Then they finally called about it they said there was nothing wrong with it and became irate and threatening."
"Patrick Hestand came by my house, gave me an estimate that we agreed on and set a date to begin work. I paid $1,000 up front and $865 for materials to begin the job. The start date came and went with many texts about how he (and his brother, Anthony) would be here but never showed. I finally texted and said if you’re not coming, then I want all my money refunded. After several rude texts, Patrick Hestand sent a text complaining that I had disputed the money and had his Square account locked. He offered to make payments if I would remove the dispute, because he had already spent all of the money I had given him. Do not use these people for your house repairs! They took advantage of me paying money up front with no intention of showing to do the work."
