"Made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned, but never saw the dentist. The hygienist said he didn't need to see me. I have never in my entire 63 years been to a dentist office had my teeth cleaned and never saw the dentist. Isn't that why we go to the dentist."
"This was my 2nd visit with Dr. Abraham for a teeth cleaning. I'm used to having the same hygienist at my old Dentist. Here, you'll get a new one everytime, so much for building a relationship with one. After my cleaning I waited just as long as the cleaning took for a Dentist to check on my teeth. Dr. Abraham was in a consult for a bigger paying procedure and could not see me and there was supposed to be another Dentist (female name I dont remember) that was supposed to come visti me but she never came in. Finally the Hygienist said it was cool for me to leave. One, I want the same Dentist and hygienist to service me, not a new face every time. Two, I dont need spa treatments at a dentist. On my first visit I like Dr. Abraham, but now I see the money making machine that is in place at the Spa and I'll look for another Dentist office thats smaller and more local"
