"A very peaceful alpine lake to visit with minimal elevation gain to visit. There are a few benches placed strategically around the lake for the best views. This lake water level varies drastically throughout the year depending on rain and snowfall."

"A beautiful alpine lake sitting at the base of Wheeler Peak in Great Basin National Park. Due to Teresa Lake being deeper than the neighboring Stella Lake, this body of water has a wonderful teal green hue to it, reflective of its snow and glacial fed nature. Tie that in with Wheeler Peak as the backdrop and you have amazing natural beauty. Teresa Lake can be accessed by hiking the Alpine Lakes trail, a moderate trail that is 2.7 miles (if one hikes the loop to both lakes) with about 450ft of elevation change. Remember, however, that the trail begins at 10,000ft."
