Dr. Bailey, a native of Ogden, Utah, attended Weber State University for his undergraduate degree and then attended dental school at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After running two dental practices in Portland, Oregon, and later in Prescott, Arizona, Dr. Bailey decided to move back to Ogden to be near family. He is trained in all aspects of general dentistry and received sedation training from UCLA in 2011. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Bailey enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing, mountain biking, and coaching Ogden High School’s mountain bike team.

"Truly the most caring, helpful, and professional dentist I have ever had. Looking to establish care with a dentist, I went to the closest one that accepted my insurance (which was not Lance, as he is 35 min away), and had a horrible experience that created additional dental issues for me. I contacted Lance's office in tears, after being in so much pain and having the original dentist not respond to my situation accordingly. Dr Bailey got me in the next day, and luckily prevented any further damage being done to my teeth by the original dentist. They created a long term treatment plan for me, and educated me on taking care of my teeth in a way no dentist ever has. Their cleanings are by far, the most thorough cleanings I've ever had, and thanks to Lance and his staff, I now feel hopeful that I can begin and maintain an oral health regimen that will benefit me for years to come.
