Called Mountain America CU and got the run around on why my interest rate had to be higher than what they advertised, but they did have their offer available within 2 weeks. Called American Loans and Mortgage, and Jason Erskine helped me. He had an offer for me within a few days, with their advertised rate. Fantastic to work with. We also during the paper signing phase found a misunderstanding, and it had to be adjusted again. They were very helpful and understanding and corrected it by the next day.
