"I have found the work done by these dentists (Dr Call & Jackson) to be very professional and helpful. But they have trained their staff to upsell the patients on many dental procedures and products. I have also caught their billing staff charging for items that the insurance company says we don’t have to pay for or should be included in a procedure already. If the dentist doesn’t like how the insurance company pays for certain procedures, get off their provider list. Don’t just charge the patients extra! The billing staff loves to estimate your bill upfront and requires payment and then never refunds back any overpayment when the insurance company pays."
