"They did 6 month check ups and cleanings on my wife, 2 daughters, and son. They didn't even bother to clean their teeth. My older daughter had a UVU student (working on her pre-requisites for the dental hygiene program) do her "cleaning". The "cleaning" involved a polish only, with absolutely zero scraping or water picking. The student asked the hygienist how to recognize plaque and she replied that you can't see plaque except with x-rays which is absolutely wrong. Any decent hygienist can recognize and remove plaque during a cleaning. And everyone gets plaque in between cleanings, no matter how good their dental hygiene is. My wife and other two kids had similar experiences. No cleaning. Just a polish and then a quick look at the teeth by the dentist. No plaque removed by any hygienists or dentists. Terrible experience on all accounts. Do not use this office if you want your teeth to be taken care of."
