"I had the best experience! Everyone was super kind! The hygienist explained everything she was doing to make sure I felt comfortable. Dr. Bates and the hygienist answered all my questions and even provided me with how to treat my problems! I have already scheduled my next cleaning with them because I highly recommend them to anyone! Update! About a week after my first appointment I went and got a cavity filled and everyone was even more amazing the second time! "All the staff are nice and professional. I did an annual check up and cleaning for the first time in this office. Receptionist, dental hygienist, and dentist were friendly and informative. Dentist told me I have a couple of spots that are "on-watch" status instead of suggesting fillings right away, which I think he does not overdiagnose to make more money. I also have gum recession so my teeth is sensitive to cold stuff. The hygienist was careful throughout the cleaning session and taught me some opinions for how to clean up better, which was helpful. Overall, I am satisfied with all of the services and I will definitely come back for the next annual check up."
