My Kid's Dentist & Orthodontics

"AWFUL. This is a national chain, each owned by a private dentist/company. We had no issues at the location in Texas, so we came here when we moved. One child at a time (all, now) we switched to KidsTown in Syracuse. My Kid's Dentist refuses to work on kids who don't want to be at the dentist, without expensive sedation. They hide behind the "we pride ourselves..." and "our dentist is a perfectionist..." garbage, so you shell out hundreds (starts at $800) to thousands extra for sedation to make their job easier. When our teenage daughter came in to continue her brace work started out of state, the orthodontist refused, saying he wanted to remove all bracework and start from scratch, starting at $500 on up... When our nine year old son was uneased by an impending anesthetic needle, the dentist repeated, "I can't work on him like this. I can't work on him like this," and sent him away without treatment. When our six year old needed work on more than one tooth, even though she was not a 'trouble' child during the examination, they immediately insisted on sedation. "It's easier that way." So why is this dentist in the profession? Easier money from your drugged-up kids, I guess. If you're looking for a truly caring pediatric dentist, do youself a favor and simply skip this place."

"I wish they would've told me that Dr. Doll is no longer in that office. He has his own practice in Farmington. The Dr. who is there now is good to my kids. But we will continue to follow Dr. Doll he is way better!"

"I wasted over 2 hours at this place because the hygienist was busy taking care of a clinic that showed up late! Please note they open at 8 am and I was there at 8 am! So this clinic came in after I did. Then during my long wait they sent in the person that took my X-rays to polish and floss my teeth to help make it faster. Which it was clear she had no experience polishing and flossing another persons teeth. 45 mins after that horrible experience the hygienist came in and rushed the fasten cleaning job I’ve ever had with rough handling and constantly being jabbed by the sharp tools. My mouth is in a lot of pain because she didn’t take her time to do it right! I will NOT be coming back and I will not be having my kids and spouse come to this place. ZERO stars!"

"We love My Kids! Coming to see Dr Doll and Dr Streiff is always a pleasant visit. They both are so kind and caring to my kiddos. Making sure they feel comfortable and safe. They always take the time to answer all our questions. The nursing staff is so kind. It's all around a great dentist and orthodontist! Would highly recommend!"
