"Overnight Staff is always friendly. Occasionally have issues with BOGO offers like the current Monster promo and the past Coke promo, where not all flavors are included and there seems to be no option to locally fix it. Manager makes a chore to remedy the issue."
"Several of the cashiers are very good, but some don't necessarily have a very good attitude when it comes to customer. Also, if a mistake is made by these particular cashiers, they don't even make any real effort to fix it. It takes real effort sometimes because of customers that are down right rude and hateful. But there is a difference when dealing with customers that come in there regularly and you're acting rude, hateful, and have a bad attitude; abs give no effort to try and rectify a mistake on you the cashier's part. I understand that there are customers that no matter what you do they're going to not be happy and expect way too much, but still try and a few of the cashiers really do need to lose their attitudes, that they have from the moment customers walk in, it's noticeable even masked as politeness."
