"I support black owned businesses especially since my family has been going to lee hill for years but this is ridiculous. In 2019 my first year filing I filed with them and had to pay over $100 for a simple tax return while my refund was literally only a few hundred itself. Then this year I tried filing with them due to the new regulations thinking they would be better off then me doing it myself and it's like they didnt read ANYTHING on my application. They tried to give me THOUSANDS LESS than what I was owed. And I had to wait a whole week just for that false information. I will NOT be coming back and I will let friends and family know you're no good."
"I am all for supporting my black owned businesses and I love doing so, but it is really hard when they are rude and charge outrageous prices for minor things. I had just paid $40 for a very simple amendment to our taxes and when I asked for a copy of our original taxes, which were sitting in the file right in front of her. She said, that was an additional $10!!! Wow, $10 to make a copy of 12-13 pages is ridiculous!!! And on top of that she was rude about it. Never again and I will not recommend."
