"BEDBUGS !!!!!!! if you’re thinking about moving here please don’t they’ve had bed bugs for years and tell tenants they’re crazy and they brought them ! My family and I lost everything living here those are stains from bed bugs !"
"My fiancé and I were looking into this apartments due to sky high costs of other apartments and were pretty satisfied. The property owner and property manager seemed nice. About week after putting a down deposit down to hold the apartment we were contacted by an another apartment on a sudden availability that was closer to our jobs so we decided to back out. We paid $845 and after contacting the property manager about getting it back she told me it was not refundable, however during our tour the property owner had told us it was. So I contacted the property manager and asked for a straight answer. She wouldn’t give me the contact information of the property owner but said she’d relay the information. I didn’t hear back and ended up having to text her again to which i got no reply so I had my fiancé call her, she wouldn’t answer the phone and seemingly blocked our numbers. My fiancé borrowed a friends phone and lo and behold she answered. My fiancé tried explaining that he simply wanted to know why and the property manager got incredibly hateful and nasty with him. We are irritated that we are out $845 but everything about it seemed shady so I don’t know what they are up to but I’m glad I never had to live here."
