"I'm totally unsatisfied with my services and this will be the last year I file with H & R block. Last year I went to 71st and memorial office to do my taxes. They didn't sign me up for the emerald advance that I receive every year when I do my taxes and he told me he did and did not sign me up for it. This year I picked another h and r block location. The lady( Amanda) that I had this time was so unprofessional. She talked about herself and personal life the whole visit losing sight of the reason I was there was to do my taxes not listen to all her personal problems. She was suppose to use my bank account for my state check but she talked so much about herself that she submitted my return and did not do anything I asked her to do and im very upset about it. This is the 2nd year this has happen and I don't see myself coming back next year. I been a faithful customer with h and r block for almost 20 years and I feel like it's time for me let somebody else do my taxes. I felt like I paid over $400 for someone to prepare my taxes and did not do ANYTHING I needed done. I hope she enjoys her payment cause I will not be returning and at least she got what she wanted and I see that's all that matters is a payment not the satisfaction of the customers"

"Called to have them process my business return for 2022 and the lady was very short with me. She cut me off and tried to end the call before I could share vital information. Poor experience with this location, would highly recommend leadership to coach this team to be more patient and really listen to their clients."
