"Phil's office is very professional and has always gotten my family the max for our tax return. I am eating them at a 3 however because they do a poor job if following up if they are missing something. Last year we filed our taxes on the last possible day because they needed a w2 that I had for 3 weeks but was never told that is what they needed. This year I went into the office and they lost my filing document I went in to sign and never told me. I should not have to contact them when the need me to do something. And going 3 weeks at a time is unacceptable to me. So As long as you want to keep an eye on them they are great but I will not be using them anymore"
