"Everyone is exactly right. Le Blanc does not answer the phone. He always says he is working on my taxes but he hasn't filed any of them since 2017. I recieved more penalties than you can ever believe. My dad, as well as myself have used them for 20 plus years for our small businesses, but ever since Le Blanc replaced his moms role at the company, its been awful. Well, I needed tax papers for some business matters and I never could get in touch with him. My secretary and my wife told me to get away from him but like I said we have been there for years. Craig's mother was the best lady in the world you couldn't ask for a better more nice person but when she retired her business should have retired with her. I had my new tax lady contact LE blanc to get some information from him and he was straight up hateful and rude to her when there was no reason for it. He did this to himself. it is really sad that he drove his mom's business in the ground!! Thanks alot Craig (Le Blanc) for everything... i mean, nothing!!!!"

"First impression when we meet in March was good. After that he never returned our phone calls. Had to drive to the office several times to talk to someone. Was always told they were still working on our taxes and would call when ready. No call was ever made. It’s now May 15th and our taxes are still not completed or even started. I picked up our papers to take them elsewhere."

"This rating is truly a 0. He NEVER returned my calls. Mr LeBlanc was referred to me by a friend. The first time I called, I spoke to him. I made an appointment but I had to cancel due to illness. I left a message for Mr LeBanc to let him know I had to cancel and asked him to return my call to reschedule an appointment. The next day I called again to confirm he got my message, but I had to leave another message. Every week since then I have called every other day and had to leave a message each time. It's been a month and Mr LeBlanc has never returned my calls. This tells me he would not be a reliable CPA. If he had good business, he should have returned my call to at least tell me he couldn't help me. Beside this review, I will let everyone I know to find someone else. Word of mouth travels fast, Mr LeBlanc. I will be leaving a similar review on every search page that shows up for your business."
