"I would give this slum zero stars if i could. I was told the apartment was move in ready. The apartment wasn't!! Full of ROACHES!! EVERYWHERE!! They even left a empty fogger. Didn't Get an Exterminator. The place was so filthy i had to wipe my feet off before i walked out side. Disgusting. Took weeks before i got my deposit."
"Rent is outrageous and moved out due to my lease being up 2 months prior, hadn’t signed new lease and moved out and didn’t give a notice (but technically didn’t have a lease sign) asked about deposit and it was always gotta talk with the owner. Left the place cleaner than it was when I moved in. Asked today about my deposit said they sent a letter but never received anything. Rent was 595 for a one bedroom and I lived with a hole in my ceiling for 3 months with mold and leaking water into my floor and no ac for the last 2 months. Told maintenance and no one ever showed up to fix it! Would never recommend for someone on tight income or with kids. Not worth your hard earned money."
"I never got to rent my apartment due to things outside of my control. The manager at first was very helpful and responded to me promptly about returning my deposit, but as the weeks went on, I got the “it’s the holidays” excuse which at first I let it slide. That was the beginning of December 2019. January 2020 I again inquired about my deposit. Was told she hadn’t received it yet and she would let me know. It’s now nearly been a year since all of this started and I STILL don’t have my deposit. And I can’t get any response. I’m upset because that’s my money that could have gone to other bills or to feed my kids. Absolutely do not recommend"
"The property looks real nice with the new paint! I cannot beleive how good the Wildwood apartments next door are being remodeled and up graded! Management has been real nice to deal with. Would recommend!"
