"Disappointed tonight. I don't like writing negative reviews, but I was disappointed tonight. I love shopping this store and the employees are great to deal with. But without writing this review how can anything be learned from it. Tonight I went in to buy some stihl equipment the young salesman was busy talking to another customer about chainsaws but after a while the conversation turned into people they know and fire burning pastures. Both the customer and young employee knew I was standing there waiting my turn. After a noticeable while I went to the front counter and ask for someone to come help me. The young salesman kept talking about people they knew and what not. So I went to the tall guy at the key making area. He said some one would come help me. the young man. So I went back over there again still no change on the conversation about people they knew..so I just walked out and didn't buy the stihl equipment I was needing."

"This is by far the best Ace hardware. It's really the only one I like to go to. I can find everything I need and it's smaller and more convenient than going to Lowe's for just a simple saw blade or something and the employees are all very helpful every time i go in multiple employees. Ask me if I need help finding anything and they have helped me a lot. The cashier is always really nice and quick and they have a lot of craftsmen brand stuff and that's usually what I need to buy so I can just go there and instead of Lowe's"

"Reasonably priced hardware and easy to navigate. Customer service is always great. I like to come here versus the larger stores because stuff is easier to find when you don’t need the large variety. They have most of the essential stuff."

"Came in here to get tools and found an awesome collection of pocket knives. I couldn’t resist one of them from the brand TRUE the Berm little blade. But there were some awesome CASE blades and then some kitchen knives sets that can be engraved, a bit pricey but well worth it."
